Return requests, reviewed with care
GROVYRA™ accepts return requests submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery for eligible items.
To qualify, an item should be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging and included components. Items showing use, alteration, accidental damage, missing parts, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for return review.
Starting a request
Email service@auvellique.com with order details and the reason for the request.
For an item that arrived damaged, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, include clear photographs to help us review the concern.
Before returning an item
Please wait for return instructions. Returns sent without prior guidance, to an incorrect address, or without sufficient order information may take longer to review.
After the item arrives
Returned items are reviewed once received. The outcome of the request is confirmed by email after the review is complete.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
